Prayer for healing and strength

Prayer for healing and strength

This is a prayer for healing and strength.

There is something about worship. Pouring your heart out to God in song and praise before you start a powerful prayer for healing and strength. There are so many great praise and worship songs available. I have quite a few favourites, but sharing a few below that I sometimes lean on as I am about to pray for healing and strength for many of you that reach out to me.

As you pray this powerful prayer, whether for yourself or someone else, know that God knows your name. He knows precisely what is wrong and what needs healing. Trust in Him.

Prayer

Prayer for healing and strength. Ramp on stormy grey water. Black and white image.

Holy Father, Your word tells us to be still and know that You are God. God of the universe. God over all creation. God over the doctors and medical professionals. You are the Most High. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Bless the Lord O my soul, and let us not forget all that He has done for us. Our God has forgiven all of our wrongdoing and heals us from all sicknesses.

Power! Power. Lord, we call on Your power today. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit. You can do all things Lord! I know and believe that You will keep Your promises to me. By the power of Your precious blood, all things are possible. When man has lost hope, you declare the power of Your name and rain blessings down. Hallelujah!

Hear our prayers, see our tears as we bow before You pleading for divine intervention. Lord, You spoke, and the world came into being! That is the God I serve. All we need is one touch from You, Jehovah Rapha. I can only call to You. Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved, for You are the one I praise. Send Your word and heal me. Deliver me from despair and destruction.

Abba Father, what the enemy meant for evil, You will turn it for good. You are the source of my strength. You promised that You would give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak. As I am weak right now, in my tears, I need comfort. I need Your strength.

My heart trembles as I utter these next words. Lord, we know that there are times when it won’t be Your will that we are healed. There will be times, that like what you said to Paul, you may also say to us: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” If this is Your will Lord, grant me the grace, strength and wisdom to carry out Your will and bring glory to Your kingdom.

Help me, Lord, not to be anxious. I know that even in this storm that I am experiencing, in my pain and anguish, I lean on the knowledge that You can’t love me anymore than You do right now. Your love remains the same for me at all times – there is nothing that I can do that will take Your love from me.

I know I don’t deserve it, but I thank You Father. Thank You!

Lord, hear my soul. I know that You love me, but I have questions, and I need answers. I don’t understand! Shower me, Lord, with Your grace. I believe and have faith in You.

Lord, have mercy on me. You declared that with Your stripes Jesus, we are healed and made whole. My pain can’t compare to all that You have done for me leading to the cross, but Lord, I plead for grace and mercy. Restore me to health and let me live! Grant me rest and Your blessed peace. In the name of Jesus. The name that is above all other names. The name above diseases and sickness; the name above the storms. We call on Your name. With the blood of Jesus, I declare healing. Amen

Have you ever been disappointed in God?

Published by godlywoman911

I became a Christian at a young age and baptized at the age of 13. My journey has been bittersweet. A majority of my life I have been a Christian. But not a Godly Woman. After many failures, tears and tribulation I realized that something in my Christian life had to change. No longer can I profess that I am a Christian but don’t show daily that Christ lives in me! No longer can I claim that I am HIS child when my thoughts, actions and deeds were not overflowing with HIS love. No longer could I live the way I was living and not seek him daily in prayer, scripture and worship. As the Lord blessed me with that knowledge I felt him also calling me to write my journey and share my thoughts, learning and mistakes with others. Hence the reason for 911. Not only was it a crises in my life to become a Godly Woman but as I delved into scripture to understand how to be Godly, I realized that we are living in crazy world where the desire to be Godly was no longer important. Many boast that they are a Christian and weekly attend Church, but lack the Godly qualities that Christ seeks in ALL of his followers. My deepest desire is to serve Christ faithfully, obey HIM joyfully, trust HIM always, seek HIM eternally and become his close friend so that I can share in his truth and knowledge. I pray that this blog blesses you and provide you with the strength, courage and wisdom to be a Godly Man or Woman.
